We invite potential customers to participate in this open season to secure storage and cracking capacity at this innovative green energy hub.

Open season for hydrogen and ammonia storage

We have launched the open season for storage capacity at LBC Vlissingen, starting phase 1 in February and concluding end of March. During this period, interested parties can submit their expressions of interest to secure storage capacity at the terminal.

This open season serves as a transparent process, allowing potential customers to evaluate and reserve capacity. As the interest is high, participants are encouraged to submit their requests promptly.

Participation

The Expression of Interest (EoI) process is designed to help us understand customer needs and operational requirements for hydrogen and ammonia storage at LBC Vlissingen. By gathering this information, we can align the project scope to better meet customer objectives while complying with third-party access (TPA) regulations under European law.

Participation in the first phase 1 is required to be considered for phase 2 of the open season, where we will move forward with the heads of agreement. We encourage all interested parties to complete the EoI form and submit the required information before 31 March 2025. Once we receive your details, we will reach out with the process letter detailing the next steps and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Rest assured, all submitted information will be kept confidential and used exclusively for the purposes of this open season.
