Frank joined LBC in October 2019. He has broad international experience in the tank terminal and logistics sectors. Prior to joining LBC, he was Chief Executive Officer at Odfjell Terminals since 2016. Before that, Frank held various executive positions at Vopak for 20 years, including as President EMEA.
